Job summary

Pan Asia Resources PH Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls in the Banking & Financial Services sector.

You will assist customers with account, transaction, and banking inquiries, and strive to resolve issues at first point of contact. The role requires strong English communication, a friendly telephone presence, and the ability to work rotational shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including night/midnight/graveyard shifts.
• HSC with at least 18 months contact center experience, OR
• Graduate and above with at least 9 months contact center experience.
• Inbound customer service/contact center experience preferred.
