Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, not required.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and PDF processing.
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong.
• Amenable to night shifts.

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Review providers notes
• Send reminders email via e-mail and SMS
• Maintain accurate records on providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
• Making outbound calls to insurance company to follow-up on client status.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required
• Must be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF to process documents
• Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
