Asiacargo is seeking a Billing Clerk responsible for the preparation and arrangement of client billings for dispatch, including requesting shipping charges and verifying the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.

You will handle billing transactions for Visayas and Mindanao shipments, ensuring timely submission of billing documents to clients and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Degree or course in a related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is acceptable for new graduates.

Job Description

• Prepares, organizes, and ensures the completeness of billing documents before dispatching them to clients. Ensures that billings are properly arranged and released within the required timeframe.
• Coordinates and requests the necessary shipping charges and related information to ensure that the correct charges are reflected in the billing documents.
• Reviews and verifies supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing the billing. Ensures that required documents are properly attached and any discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Handles the preparation and processing of billing transactions for shipments bound for Visayas and Mindanao. Ensures that billing details are accurate and properly coordinated for timely submission and dispatch to clients.
