Job summary

NeksJob Philippines is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives with at least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience to join our team. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling calls/chats/emails, providing accurate information, and documenting interactions. You will work in a hybrid or onsite setup, with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months in customer service, call center, or BPO.
• High School graduate or equivalent; Senior High acceptable.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
