This office-based position requires English fluency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. It offers a competitive salary (S$3,200–S$4,000 per month) and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely and helpful manner.
• Provide product, order and delivery information to customers.
