Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the night shift, onsite in Novaliches, Philippines. You will help customers, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.

Ideal candidates have completed senior high school or some college, at least 3 months of BPO experience, and strong verbal communication plus business writing skills. Computer literacy is required and the role offers a benefits package based on position.
