Herschel is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist shoppers at Herschel Ayala Mall Centrio or Columbia Limketkai. You will handle product inquiries, promotions, and sales, and resolve customer concerns with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires good communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training is provided.
