Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Order Management professional in Metro Manila to ensure successful order processing for key accounts. You will enter orders in Oracle, review stock, release POs, and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to meet project timelines.

The role requires a 1–3 year background in supply chain, strong ERP skills, and the ability to supervise teams while communicating across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, and procurement operations.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise staff and resolve conflicts.
• Strong ERP knowledge and computer skills; understands end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the main contact in Supply Chain Operations for DC products requirement supporting Australia/New Zealand Market Unit.
• Support end to end order processing for Key Account customers including Order Entry to Oracle System, stock review, PO release, and coordination with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Engage and provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure just-in-time stock.
• Anticipate problems and propose solutions before escalation.

As Order Management, he/she will use his/her business acumen and industry knowledge to ensure the overall success of the business in the mentioned region. He/she will collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders and project managers to fulfil the commitment to our customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as the main contact in Supply Chain Operations for DC products requirement supporting Australia/New Zealand Market Unit.
• Support end to end order processing for Key Account customer including but not limited to the following:
  • Order Entry to Oracle System.
  • Reviewing on hand stocks that can be allocated and used for the project.
  • Releasing POs to suppliers.
  • Work with suppliers and freight forwarders on timely deliveries to meet the project timeline.
• Ensure customer order are processed correctly and on time.
• Engaged and provides regular update to the project management team.
• Monitor and review inventory level to ensure stocks are coming in just in time.
• Anticipates problem and proactively suggest or provide solution before the issue gets escalated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related course.
• 1 to 3 years of on hand experience in supply chain, logistics and procurement operations.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise staffs and resolve conflicts.
• Solid ERP and well develop computer skills.
• Strong understanding end to end supply chain process.
• Good Command of spoken and written English.
• Able to communication with all levels within the organization.
• Good balance between independent and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization, eye for detail and accountable to the tasks assigned.
