MicroSourcing in Pasig City is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to handle email inquiries and live chat for pharmacy and app clients, perform admin tasks, and maintain accurate records on site during day shifts.

You will answer and triage calls by creating support tickets, resolve concerns when possible, escalate when needed, and join a collaborative team committed to inclusivity and career growth within a large Philippine outsourcing network.
