About the Role

Based onsite in Manila, this role combines proactive sales acceleration with high‑quality customer service to sustain advertising spend and meet global commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth: Support advertiser adoption, strengthen retention, and maximize satisfaction to scale campaign spend.

• Complex Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot campaign performance, ad delivery, and account health issues using approved playbooks.
