Job summary

The Perfect Franchise is seeking a CRM & Technology Operations Specialist to support client technology onboarding and ongoing system optimization. You will manage CRM data hygiene, HubSpot onboarding procedures, and project documentation across SharePoint and Monday.com within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable following SOPs, with experience in HubSpot administration, CRM best practices, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HubSpot and CRM best practices.
• Ability to maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies and deals.
• Ability to document progress and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain CRM data hygiene for contacts, companies and deals to ensure data integrity.
• Support brand technology onboarding and HubSpot setup, including configurations, workflows, emails, forms, reporting and integrations.
• Organize and manage SharePoint structure, permissions and document hygiene.
• Document and track project initiatives in Monday.com and collaborate across departments.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven CRM & Technology Operations Specialist to support our client technology onboarding and ongoing system optimization.

Key responsibilities would include:

• Managing CRM data hygiene, including contact, company, and deal record cleanup to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Supporting new brand technology onboarding and setup processes within HubSpot. Our onboarding documentation includes extensive setup procedures for new brands, such as CRM configuration, workflows, automated emails, forms, reporting, dashboards, meeting links, and supporting technology integrations.
• Assisting with SharePoint organization, including folder structure standards, document management, permissions, and overall file hygiene.
• Supporting Monday.com project management processes by documenting initiatives, updating project boards, maintaining visibility on work in progress, and collaborating with team members across departments.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Experienced with HubSpot administration and CRM best practices.
• Comfortable working independently and following SOP processes.
• Familiar with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com.
• Able to document project progress through a project management system.
