924 Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to partner with our global Sales and Commercial teams.

You will assist with internal tasks and planning strategies that drive growth, coordinate client appointments, and support forecasting/budgeting and lead qualification. In this role, you will enable CRM activities, assist with contract management, quotations, and campaign promotions, and help ensure profitability of house accounts across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Commercial teams with Internal tasks and planning strategies
• Coordinate client appointments
• Support opportunity & lead management for salespersons
• Support customer planning/forecasting/budgeting
• Identify and qualify leads
• Support sales contract management
• Support CRM and system nursing
• Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaints
• Retrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligence
• Support BD team with promotions and campaigns
• Support ‘House accounts’ profitability expectation
• Quotes and RFI submissions support
• Presentation preparation and document submission support
• Selected House Accounts quoting and follow up
• Analytics and Spreadsheet management - profitability (Proffit / Loss / shipment Reports)
• Shipment Reports and other customer data analysis
• Quote and Tariff updates
• Regional Lead generation and management
• Sales Team Follow Ups – Meeting closures, KPI measurements, deadline meetings
• Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by your supervisor / manager
