Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with electronics or electrical focus.
• Minimum 4 years in semiconductor manufacturing quality/reliability, failure analysis, product or process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review data for submitted customer quality incidents and request details if needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve incidents using 8D problem-solving.
• Coordinate requests for failure analysis and corrective actions with relevant groups.
• Ensure risk assessment and action plans to contain and prevent incidents.
• Update the incident management database and generate status reports.
