Job summary

Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer with CQE experience to support customer and internal quality processes in Laguna. You will lead customer audits, manage non-conformities, and drive problem-solving using 8D, FMEA and PPAP methodologies.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate under pressure with minimal supervision, while aligning with IATF automotive requirements and APQP practices.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering is required with specialization preferred.
• At least 1 year CQE or related working experience in Electronics or Semicon Industry.
• Accustomed with Customer Specific Requirements.
• With excellent communication skills.
• Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
• Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.
• Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
• Keen to detail; can work with minimum supervision; with good analytical and critical thinking.
• Can work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
