Qualifications

• 5-8 years in PM, Customer Management, Commercial Ops, or related functions.
• Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Food Service, Retail, QSR, or Consumer Goods.
• Experience in multinational or regional environments.
• Exposure to negotiations, renewals, or RFP processes.
• Familiarity with JBP and commercial planning.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & PMO Governance

• Manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

• Maintain documentation of action items, decisions, owners, and project updates.

• Support leadership reporting and governance requirements.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Coordinate activities among internal teams, customers, and external partners.

• Drive collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations functions.

• Support customer engagement initiatives, strategic reviews, and business planning activities.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.

Agency & Partner Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and project partners.

• Manage project briefs, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.

• Monitor project execution and proactively address risks and roadblocks.

• Ensure partner outputs align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Business Analytics & Commercial Support

• Analyze business performance, growth opportunities, and market trends.

• Consolidate commercial and operational data for business reviews and decision-making.

• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and scorecards.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Management, Commercial Operations, Business Planning, Sales Strategy, Category Management, Business Analytics, Consulting, or related functions.

• Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Food Service, Retail, QSR, or Consumer Goods industries.

• Experience working in multinational or regional business environments.

• Exposure to customer negotiations, contract renewals, or RFP processes.

• Familiarity with Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial planning activities.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
