Strong attention to detail, English communication, and reliable remote work practices are essential. You will contribute to QA processes and continuous improvement, with opportunities to support temporary campaigns and process testing.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and investigative follow-through.
• Sound judgement within approved guidance and awareness of when to elevate.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Clear written and verbal English, including confidence with occasional outbound calls.
• Reliable remote working practices and care when handling customer information and financial actions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and progress assigned specialist CSOS cases, applying approved procedures.
• Coordinate with involved teams and escalate where necessary to meet service levels.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up through resolution or handover.
• Follow SOPs, approvals, and data-handling controls; participate in QA reviews and coaching.
• Identify guidance gaps and opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency; document updates as directed by the Team Lead.
• Support temporary customer-facing initiatives and provide team coverage as needed.
