Job summary

STENIEL MINDANAO PACKAGING CORPORATION is seeking a customer service coordinator in Davao City to handle customer calls, provide accurate information, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

You will prepare quotations, follow up on requirements, and help manage weekly delivery plans while monitoring monthly budgets and maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years' work experience.
• MS Office literacy (Microsoft Office Tools).
• Detailed-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a drivers license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Entertains calls from customers and provides correct information needed by customers.
• Coordinates with concerned departments on matters required by customers in the absence of the Sales and Planning Manager, or refer such matters for disposition.
• Prepares and submits quotations to customers.
• Assists in daily follow-up on customer requirements.
• Assists in preparing weekly delivery schedule.
• Monitors customer monthly target budgets.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Submits daily activities and concerns to the Sales and Planning Manager at end of shift.
