Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Bank Teller to provide competent, caring, fast and accurate service for clients’ banking needs. The role focuses on processing cash and check transactions, cross-selling products, and delivering a WOW customer experience at the branch.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, communicate well, and can work with diverse customers. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment and payments.
• Assist UNIPRO with scanning, filing of signature cards and other bank documents.
• Review check transactions and verify authenticity of all notes received.
• Cross-sell to existing clients of the branch.
• Refer clients who have queries or are interested in other bank products.
• Provide WOW Customer Experience to all transacting clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
