• Develop strong product knowledge to quickly answer inquiries and resolve issues within authorization level.
• Escalate higher issues with relevant information to a manager for effective customer handling.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for visitors and colleagues.
• Follow IKEA concepts, tools, and manuals to optimize the shopping experience.
