Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• High school graduate (old curriculum).
• Amenable to work in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and share passion for exceptional experiences.
• Educate customers on products and app features to maximize subscription value.
• Investigate customer feedback and complaints to understand the full journey and provide effective solutions.
• Demonstrate confidence across multiple contact channels.
• Work toward individual KPIs and targets set by management.
