Qualifications

• 1 year of customer experience in fintech preferred.
• Experience in remittance or delivery services is a plus.
• Multichannel/omni-channel experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Davao City location.
• Willing to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Perform 50% voice and 50% non-voice tasks.
• Gather and verify customer information.
• Research remittance statuses and update transactions.
• Review documents and match with internal records.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure remittance delivery.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics.
