Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands in Manila is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Intern to support our Customer Experience team with inquiries, order management, warranty support, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service and business communication, with a hybrid work setup in Pasig and the possibility to contribute to process improvements while developing practical skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication—verbal and written.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work fixed night shift in hybrid setup in Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process RMAs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Communicate order updates and delivery estimates to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service.
