Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service across email, live chat, and phone.
• Coordinate deliveries of bulky furniture items and liaise with drivers, installers, warehouses, and couriers.
• Track orders and provide real-time updates to customers; manage delays and rescheduling.
• Handle claims related to damages, missing parts, or installation issues; manage warranties and replacements.
• Accurately log interactions in internal systems and work toward KPIs like response and resolution times.
