Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands in Pasig is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide competent, caring, fast and accurate service for clients' banking needs. You will handle over-the-counter transactions, support branch operations, and assist with documents as required.

No work experience is required, but customer service experience is an advantage; strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus willingness to rotate within Pasig/Ortigas, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related
• No work experience required but experience in customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High initiative and ability to work with people from various socio-economic classes

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments and miscellaneous transactions
• Assist UNIPRO for activities like scanning, filing signature cards and bank documents
• Review check transactions and verify authenticity of notes received
• Cross-sell to existing clients of the branch
• Refer clients who have queries or are interested in other bank products
• Provide WOW Customer Experience to all transacting clients
• Perform other functions as assigned
