Angkas in Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage end-to-end AR processes, invoicing, collections, and reporting. You will ensure timely payments and accurate financial records while supporting reconciliations and daily cash reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts.
• Apply payments to customer accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.
• Provide insights into aging of receivables and collection trends.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as needed.
