Job summary

Angkas Cebu is seeking a Marketing Associate to drive on-ground campaigns, passenger acquisition, and biker engagement across Cebu. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and local communities to strengthen Angkas' presence and support demand and supply growth.

You will plan activations, events, and partnerships with universities and businesses, track campaign performance, and translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, brand management, community engagement, or related fields.
• Experience in field marketing, event execution, or partnership management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns in Cebu for passengers and bikers.
• Plan on-ground activations, roadshows, campus activities, recruitment drives, and events.
• Identify and develop partnerships with universities, businesses, and local organizations.

Now, we're looking for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting Angkas Cebu's marketing initiatives across both Passenger (PAX) and Biker (DAX) segments. The role focuses on on-ground campaign execution, passenger acquisition and engagement, biker recruitment and retention, partnerships, and market development. The Marketing Associate works closely with internal teams, agencies, partners, and local communities to strengthen Angkas' presence in Cebu and support both demand and supply growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. PAX & DAX Marketing

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns for both passengers and bikers across Cebu.
• Execute passenger acquisition, retention, engagement, and localized promotional activities.
• Support biker recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with current passenger demand and biker supply needs.
• Gather customer and biker insights from the field to identify opportunities and improve campaigns.

2. On-Ground Activations & Events

• Plan and execute on-ground activations, roadshows, campus activities, recruitment drives, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, manpower, materials, and other requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Represent Angkas in external events and community activities when needed.
• Monitor activation performance and provide recommendations for future activities.

3. Partnerships

• Identify and develop partnerships with universities, businesses, corporate offices, transport hubs, communities, and other relevant organizations.
• Build partnerships that can support passenger acquisition, biker recruitment, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate partnership activations, deliverables, and ongoing engagement with partners.

4. Field Marketing & Market Development

• Conduct regular field visits to identify opportunities, market gaps, competitor activities, and potential activation areas.
• Monitor local market conditions and provide insights on passenger behavior, biker activity, and competitor presence.
• Support localized marketing initiatives based on area-level demand and supply needs.

5. Campaign Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign activities, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular campaign and activation reports, including key results, insights, and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators for PAX and DAX marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, brand management, community engagement, or related fields.
• Experience in field marketing, event execution, or partnership management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with good project management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel within Cebu and conduct regular on-ground activities.
• Willing to work outside regular office hours when required for events and activations.
