You will support customers across digital channels, guide them through using Globe services, and handle sales and service needs while processing transactions to help meet their requirements.

• Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues.
• Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
• Attends to sales and service needs of customers
• Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
• Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
