Job summary

Globe Telecom in Iligan seeks a store associate to drive sales of all products and services to walk-in customers, perform product demonstrations, and process subscriber documents while ensuring accurate transactions.

The role supports achieving sales and CSAT/MSP targets, adheres to shift schedules, and maintains a clean, organized workplace while following Iris system procedures including cashiering and stock handling.

Qualifications

• Sells all products and services to walk-in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve documents from subscribers.
• Timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve team targets.
• Adheres to shift schedules and attendance policy.
• Maintains clean, 5S-compliant workplace.
• Performs cashiering functions including payments and stock allocation.
• Monitors and resolves after-sales transactions.

Achieve favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP ensuring customer service delivery targets are made

Achieve all standards in SLA- all transactions

Achieve minimal or ZERO exceptions

Full training compliance i.e. attendance and passing of all examinations.

Responsibilities

• Sells all products and services to walk in customers.

• Performs product demonstrations.

• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers,

• Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team

• Complies to agreed shift schedules.

• Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.

• Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards

• compliant to the established policies set by the company.

• Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the Inventory Custodian).

• Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.

• Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.

• Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.

• Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises
