Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a enthusiastic Sales Associate for Globe kiosks in the Philippines. The role focuses on promoting digital channels, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets while guiding customers through their digital journeys.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and assist walk-in subscribers with queries, delivering excellent service and ensuring accurate cashiering and documentation. The position requires adherence to 5S standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Promotes digital channels and drives sales targets at Globe kiosks.
• Educates customers and leads their assisted digital journey.
• Engages new and existing customers with Globe products and services.
• Sells all products and services to walk-in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Handles documents from subscribers and processes transactions.
• Maintains 5S compliant workplace and adheres to shift schedules.
• Performs cashiering functions including payments and stock allocations.
• Ensures after-sales transaction monitoring and timely submission of subscriber documents.

Job Description

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe kiosks from the promotion of digital channels, management of inventory and accomplishment of Sales targets.
• Educates customer and lead their assisted digital journey.
• Engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.
• Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
• Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers, Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team.
• Complies to agreed shift schedules.
• Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.
• Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards compliant to the established policies set by the company.
• Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the Inventory Custodian).
• Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
• Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.
• Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
• Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.
