Job summary

Development Strategists International Consulting Inc. is seeking a friendly retail associate to welcome customers, identify needs, and provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations.

You will drive sales through upselling, inform customers about promotions, maintain visual displays, restock shelves, and ensure accurate pricing tags. Daily tasks include operating the POS to process cash and card payments, handling returns, refunds, and resolving customer concerns with empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some employers may prefer an Associate's degree or prior retail experience.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with buyers.
• Basic arithmetic and numerical accuracy to handle cash drawers, make change, and process transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs for stocking and inventory.

Responsibilities
