Formación

• Excellent English communication skills.
• College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience or HS/SHS/undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience.
• Able to work on shifting schedules and holidays.
• Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service support according to scope of work and service levels.
• Ensure call quality and meet quantitative standards.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely fashion.
