Job summary

TEMU in the Philippines is seeking a customer service representative to handle orders, returns, and general inquiries from locations including Ortigas, Bridgetowne, and BGC. You will communicate clearly with customers, log issues, and support the team with accurate data entry and timely responses.

You will manage assigned customer cases until resolution, apply a customer-first approach, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong written English communication and data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good at following processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
