Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry and Inventory Management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory of raw materials.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials.
• Process ERP transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstation.
• Verify received raw materials and storage locations.
• Verify transferred/dosed raw materials.
• Process ERP transactions such as Receiving and Transfer of raw materials.
• Maintain Raw Materials Inventory Reports and Stock Ledgers.
• Turn over reports and activities to the next shift.
• Conduct 5S.

Job description

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures accurate inventory of raw materials.

2. Ensures all raw materials are properly stored.

3. Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions in ERP.

4. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of respective workstation.

II. Job Tasks:

1. Verifies the received raw materials and its storage location.

2. Verifies the transferred/dosed raw materials.

3. Processes transaction in ERP such as: Receiving of raw materials, Transfer of raw materials.

4. Maintains the following: Raw Materials Inventory Reports, Stock Ledgers.

5. Turn-over of reports and activities to the next shift.

6. Conducts 5S.

III. Skills Required:

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Application.

• Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
