Job summary

duMonde International Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced CTO to lead the technology strategy and architecture for its first AI-enabled platform.

This full-time, in-house executive role will shape technical direction, oversee development, and ensure security and regulatory compliance for defence- and government-grade solutions. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience, a strong background in Azure and secure architectures, and a proven track record delivering AI-enabled or SaaS

Qualifications

Leadership at CTO/Head of Engineering level with architecture ownership.
Experience in Government sector environments.
Proficient with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture.
Knowledge of defence-grade security frameworks (ISM/IRAP).
Proven track record delivering AI-enabled or SaaS platforms.
Based in the Philippines with availability for Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

Define technology strategy, platform architecture, and build-vs-buy decisions for the AI-enabled platform.
Guide the design of AI-enabled features and integration approaches.
Provide technical oversight of developers and track progress against roadmap on a regular cadence.
Advise the CEO and leadership on technical direction and security/compliance needs.
Support hiring or vendor selection as the platform scales.
