Job summary

Blitzy is seeking an experienced Field CTO for the Public Sector to partner with CIOs, CTOs, and agency leaders. You will validate architectures, accelerate modernization, and ensure deployment velocity across enterprise and government environments.

You will bring hands-on AI code-generation expertise, guide technical roadmaps, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Field CTO/senior technical executive experience in enterprise or public sector contexts.
• Hands-on experience with AI code-generation models, toolchains, and development frameworks.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and ability to map tech strategy to business outcomes.
• Proven track record leading architecture assessments, validations, and POC cycles at scale.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling executive narratives for CIOs/CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale architecture assessments and POC delivery from scoping to completion.
• Translate customer modernization goals into executable AI-native roadmaps with measurable ROI.
• Act as a senior technical voice in enterprise and public sector sales cycles to instill confidence.
• Collaborate with sales, success, and AI specialists to align technical strategy with business milestones.
• Drive SDLC acceleration and platform adoption for diverse customer environments.
