You’ll support the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, assist with billing and dashboards, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and client value in a fast-paced environment in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B.Com/BBA/Economics preferred).
• Proficient MS Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Experience from work, internship, or projects using these tools.
• AI fluent with understanding of strengths, limitations, and responsible use.
• Achieved scholastic or co-curricular achievements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support consulting technical team members.
• Assist with fees, invoicing, budgets and billing.
• Maintain clear team communications.
• File and archive documentation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for client leadership.
• Conduct market research; provide insights.
• Identify efficiency improvements using AI and automation.
• Ad hoc reporting and tasks as required.
