Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff level CSS professional to support Consulting Engagements in the GDS CSS team. You will assist end-to-end engagement lifecycle, coordinate tasks, manage communications, and help with budgets and governance across industries and regions.

Your role involves developing dashboards, performing market research, and leveraging AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality output. Strong English communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; IT skills with MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Experience with data visualization tools and Windows PC systems.
• AI fluency and awareness of strengths/limitations, with practical application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to support consulting engagements.
• Support consulting technical team members and client communications.
• Assist with fees, invoicing, budgets and governance requirements across engagements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for client teams, including senior leadership.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to improve efficiency and quality.
