• Merge duplicate family files while maintaining details.
• Send group messages for unconfirmed appointments.
• Monitor SR Conversations to confirm appointments.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.
• Take note of insurance coverage for dental services and route all private insurance information to the appropriate clinic staff for verification indicating the date of the appointment.
• Verify eligibility using EDS or Insurance Portal.
• Communicate with office staff for concerns that need to be handled differently.
• Communicate with clients for concerns/questions to avoid errors.
• Any additional duties that may be assigned based on business needs.
• Responsible for calls required to verify eligibility when no electronic means are available.
• Create breakdowns in Dentrix
• Attaching appropriate insurance plans to subscriber and all dependents
• Merge duplicate family files or accounts while maintaining account details
• Send group messages to unconfirmed appointments
• Monitor SR Conversations to manually confirm appointments

Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Communication skills
• At least 6 months of working experience as an insurance verification personnel, or working on a medical insurance program, or in a medical billing setting.
• Capacity to build a cohesive team
