Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dental insurance verification.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, billing codes, and benefit details.
• Proficiency in using insurance portals, EHR/PMS systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental), and verification tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience managing PPO and Medicaid/Medicare dental insurance claims.
