Job summary

AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic College Instructor (CS/IT) to join our Pasig City campus in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on delivering engaging lectures, practical sessions, and lab work to undergraduate and postgraduate students, and shaping curricula to reflect industry standards. The position is full-time with a commitment to student success, collaboration with colleagues, and ongoing professional development in IT and computer science education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional IT/CS industry experience.
• Proficient in Java, Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience teaching at secondary or tertiary level is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of LMS and edtech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and laboratory work for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Design and update curricula reflecting industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Create lesson plans, materials, and assessments for diverse learning styles.
• Conduct practical trainings, coding workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress in line with policies.
• Mentor students on academic development and career preparation in technology.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure consistency and quality across CS/IT programs.
• Pursue professional development and certifications to stay current.
