Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/IT or related discipline; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Proven tertiary-level teaching experience in CS/IT subjects.
• Strong knowledge in core CS/IT topics (programming, databases, web development, networks, software engineering).
• Proficiency in programming languages and industry-relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and practical sessions aligned with curriculum.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans and resources supporting learning outcomes.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance and grades records per institutional policy.
• Stay current with technologies, trends and best practices in CS/IT education.
• Supervise labs and projects to develop student competencies.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
