Qualifications

• Experience in corporate law and regulatory matters in the Philippines.
• Strong English writing and communication.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory issues across all entities.
• Maintain corporate records: articles, bylaws, minutes, certificates.
• Drive licensing filings with BSP, SEC, BIR and other agencies; respond to regulator queries.
