Coins in the Philippines is seeking an experienced BI Senior Manager to lead the analytics team, shape the BI strategy, and deliver data-driven insights across trading, payments, user activity, risk control, and compliance.

You will build scalable BI systems, mentor staff, and partner with risk, compliance, and technical teams to enable growth and governance. The role offers leadership in a fast-growing, regulated crypto brand with regional expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BI experience with 3+ years in senior BI management.
• Strong BI tool proficiency and data visualization skills.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data quality management.
• SQL proficient; Python or R preferred for advanced analysis.
• Knowledge of FATF, MiCA and regulatory expectations for digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead BI system construction including data modeling, integration, visualization, and reporting.
• Establish data quality standards and release processes.
• Manage BI team, set OKRs, and performance reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management across departments.
• Collaborate with trading, payments, operations, marketing, risk, and compliance.
• Support risk control and regulatory compliance through BI.
