Coins in the Philippines is seeking a Data Leadership expert to guide a high-performing data organization and build world-class data infrastructure for a fast-growing fintech. You will set technical standards and drive data strategy across trading, payments, and operations.

You will lead hiring, design scalable data models, governance, and cloud-native platforms (Databricks, AWS, Spark). Strong cross‑functional collaboration and English fluency are essential to translate business needs into data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years in data industry with 3+ years leading teams; crypto/fintech experience preferred.
• Proficiency with big data stack and cloud-native data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, performance management and build a high-efficiency data team.
• Plan and build core data infrastructure and design scalable data models for multi-source data.
• Implement data governance to ensure quality, security, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee data platforms/tools optimization (Databricks, AWS, Spark, Kafka).
• Collaborate with trading, payments, compliance and operations to drive data-driven growth.
