What You Will Do

• Lead business performance analysis across products, such as cross-border payments, wallets, trading or infrastructure services
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports to support business reviews and strategic planning
• Track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, market activity, and product usage
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space to identify trends and innovation opportunities
• Serve as a strategic partner, helping product and business teams validate ideas with data and recommend initiatives based on performance metrics
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies
• Clearly communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders in fluent English, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet/cross-border products
• Strong understanding of cross-border product models
• Proficient in data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Experience with Python/R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus
• Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive decision-making
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
