Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for client teams, including updating bank accounts and crypto wallets via online feeds, and importing transactions from banks, cards and wallets.

You will analyze and code crypto transactions, reconcile wallets monthly, process bills and payroll entries, and prepare financial reports with trend analysis and cash runway as needed, while keeping up with digital assets regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience with XERO and QBO required.
• Has a general understanding of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology.
• CPA is an advantage; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned clients.
• Update bank accounts and crypto wallets via online feeds.
• Import and code transactions from bank, credit card, and wallets.
• Reconcile wallets and on-chain balances monthly.
• Record payroll journal entries and amortization/depreciation.
• Prepare financial reports with trend analysis and cash runway.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and crypto regulations.
• Self-review of work.
