Job summary

Coins, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, set management systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will oversee daily books, financial statements, tax declarations, and audits for digital assets, fund settlements, and user assets.

The role requires deep IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to support Coins' growth and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Experience in financial reporting and tax management.
• Ability to lead accounting, tax and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and standardize accounting policies and processes across the company.
• Oversee daily accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections and respond to tax inquiries.
• Manage fund and asset accounting, including digital assets and cash flow.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, set OKRs and train staff.
• Collaborate with trading, compliance, risk and operations teams.
