Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in theatre or touring industries.
• Strong understanding of safety and risk assessment procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with theatre automation consoles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Customer service orientation and a friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stage crew, ensuring safety and high performance.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced stage automation systems.
• Ensure safety of cast, crew, entertainers, and guests during performances.
• Oversee maintenance of all automated systems, scenic elements, and props.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop a skilled, goal-oriented team.
