Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in reservation system management.
• Fluent English; any additional European language is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables and complex formulas (LOOKUPs, GETPIVOTDATA, INDEX, MATCH); PowerPivot/Power Query a plus; VBA scripting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and update itineraries and voyages; update price grids and discounts.
• Create and maintain supplementary products and packages.
• Provide booking support and issue resolution for staff.
• Support system testing and data migration during system transition.
