Job summary

Thakral One in Manila is seeking a seasoned Common Services Subject Matter Expert for Oracle FLEXCUBE to lead solution design, documentation, configuration, and testing across core banking services.

You will translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, and user stories, configure FLEXCUBE modules, design EOD/EOM/COB processes, and collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure compliant, efficient implementations.

As a Common Services Subject Matter Expert - Oracle FLEXCUBE, you will support a Core Banking Transformation initiative by focusing on solution design, documentation, system configuration, integration, and testing across common banking services. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, configure FLEXCUBE modules, and ensure smooth integration and compliance with core banking architecture.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and other project documentation.
• Define banking product parameters and workflows.

System Configuration & Process Design

• Configure Oracle FLEXCUBE modules to meet business needs.
• Design EOD, EOM, and COB processes for operational efficiency.

Integration & Testing

• Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop test scenarios and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Provide clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment across teams.
